The main format is stroke play. Play your own ball.

Lowest total gross score after three rounds wins the DATT Cup. Lowest net score wins the Golden Hot Dog.

After day 2, the bottom four players on the leaderboard are cut and will compete in the Losers Bracket on day 3.

The Losers Bracket format is a 2v2 best ball match with everyone continuing to play their own ball. The team with the lowest individual score wins the hole.

The group with the lowest average net score of the tournament wins the Horniest Group award. We are using average instead of cumulative to keep things fair for threesomes.

• Each day, each player is randomly assigned a match play opponent from their group.
• Play a front 9 and a back 9 match against the same opponent.
• Strokes are given based on handicap difference. Example: Player A is 10, Player B is 13. Player B receives three strokes on the 1, 2, and 3 handicap holes on the scorecard.
• Important: Deducted strokes are only for determining who wins each hole in the match. Always record your real gross scores on the scorecard.
• This is a standard 18-hole course. Do not split strokes across nines.
• After each nine, record who won the match and the margin of victory.
• Weekend winner is the player with the best overall record across six matches. Tie-breaker: cumulative margin of victory.

Players in threesomes will play a Three-Ball match play format: each player plays two simultaneous matches against the other two players in the group. After each hole, note whether you won, lost, or tied against each opponent.

These are full 18-hole matches (not two nine-hole matches) so everyone still plays two matches per day.

One hole on day 3 will be designated for Long Drive. Your drive must finish in the fairway to qualify. If you set the new longest drive, move the marker to your ball. Longest drive wins the Big Strong Man award.

• Ready golf: Keep it moving. Stay with the group ahead; do not hold up the group behind.
• Scoring: Each group keeps paper scorecards and enters scores in 18Birdies for net score purposes. Do not use Tournament Mode.
• Mulligans: One mulligan per nine holes, tee shots only. Use it or lose it. Wait until everyone else has hit their first tee shot before taking yours.
• Gimmes: Allowed only if granted by your match play opponent(s). You cannot give yourself a gimme.
• Roll Over Rule: You may roll your ball if it is in a divot or against a rock/root that risks damaging a club or causing injury. Do not abuse this—no rolling several feet to escape an unplayable or to simply improve a lie. Inform a playing partner when you roll your ball.
• Par-3 Shotgun: If all four tee shots on a par 3 land on the green, the group must shotgun a beer. Shotguns are allowed and encouraged regardless of outcome.
• Side action: Allowed and encouraged. Wager money, drinks, hot dogs—get as degenerate as you want.
• PED Policy: Players found not using some form of performance enhancing drugs will be punished.
